Philosophy

The Creative Wheel Centre is founded on the belief that connecting with nature through physical, contemplative and artistic pursuits is the most potent medicine available to us all. The creative wheel model is the teaching tool we use in our workshops, coaching services and retreats to ignite your creativity in manifesting your full potential. We hope to remind you to embrace the full power of your imagination and self-awareness on a daily basis in creating a joyful life.

We have been educating individuals of all ages on the health benefit of outdoor recreation, nature therapy and the healing arts since 1994. Purchasing land on the outskirts of Ottawa to continue this important work seemed to be a natural progression. Our facilities and little rocky mountain have been carefully zoned to practice all three models in a safe and quality environment.

The acronym of courage, wisdom and compassion we gave the Creative Wheel Centre (CWC) resonates deeply with all of our teachings. The Creative Wheel Centre aspires to become a true model of sustainability and ecological design.

We are happy that you recognize the importance of treading lightly on the land and support us in our efforts to create a meeting place for the practice of sustainable recreational activities.
